We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags intact

All returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Returns Due to Size, Fit, or Personal Preference
Returns requested due to size, fit, style, colour, or personal preference are considered non-fault returns.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To process your request, clear photographic evidence may be required, showing the issue and the item received.
If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Claims reported outside this timeframe may be declined.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This is normal and does not qualify as missing items or grounds for a refund.
Store Credit & Exchanges
For returns due to size, fit, or personal preference, customers may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit:

Is issued once the returned item is approved
Refunds to the original payment method remain available in accordance with UK consumer law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
